RV Robotics, Science, STEAM ELD Week 1/26 - 30/2026

 Hello Everyone!

Robotics - Had a Great Time at the STEAM Expo.  Congrats go out to David, Daniel, Michael, Nathan, Jesus, Donavan, Damian, and Elijah.  They represented the RV with class and ability. 

Congratulations to Elijah, Damien, and Noah.  These gamers took the Top Honors at the 2nd Annual 3V3 Rocket League Tournament.  They topped 4 other Rio schools for the Championship.  Well Done!

Science - We'll be pausing our GWS Unit for a week to prepare for the Winter Performance Task Benchmark.  The topic is sweet, I think we'll have some fun.

Formalize your Expedition Project -

1. Create a fictitious story representing your project.  It can be:
1. Search and Rescue - 
2. Recovery - 
3. Exploration/Data Collection - 
2. Write up the story and upload it to your portfolio under "Special Assignments" - "Expedition Project."
1. In the story, make sure to detail how the aerial assests and ground assests coordinate information about the search.  Make sure to highlight each groups responsibilities including the Project Manager.
3. Record and upload a video of the project in action from start to finish.
