Basic Plan all Periods
- 10 min - Daily Touch typing on Typing Agent (10 min) - TA or NitroType Games on Fri.
- 4 min - Check email & CHECK THE LESSON PLANS.
- 4 min - Preview the day’s activities with class -

- P4 - Makey Makey Reflections - This period is going to be loud and will require you to walk around constantly. Students are recording a video to describe how a makey makey works. They will show you if you don’t know what is is.
- Project description - In groups of 4 or 5. Focus of the video is to describe their experience with a Makey Makey and reflect on how they used it. Video should include: What it is, What they did with it, How they felt using it.
- Groups are creating a storyboard to design their movie
- They are putting together their makey makey to demonstrate in the move
- Groups need to get quiet when a group is recording
- Once done recording, groups will begin to edit their video

- Guest teacher - Students may be collaborating which is encouraged. Or, they maybe just visiting so you will need to move around the classroom and listen into conversations. THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR GOOD CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT!!!!!
- Done with Project - Students can do these activities when complete with project and posting on their blog
- DIY Jobs - listed at the end of this lesson plan
- 1 min - Shutting down & logging out - I make all student wait at stations till all headphones, tables, and chairs are neatly arranged. I excuse one row at a time. Do not excuse students until workspaces are clean.
