Happy Holidays Everyone,
I hope you all had a restful break. We have 3 weeks until Winter break & we have lots to do during this time.
Periods 2, 4, & 5 - 3D Design - Your first designs are looking great! This week you will finish them, print them, and refine your designs if necessary.
For your next assignment, you will have a choice.
- Create an object that can contain something. The size will depend on the use
- Create a holiday ornament that is related to your family in some way.
I'm looking forward to seeing what you can make!
Monday - Finish up Project ID & start printing
Tuesday - Create a post on your blog titled "Project Identification". Details will be on the board. Your post needs to contain the following information:
- Title - Project Identification
- Explanation/Reflection - What is this project, what did you make, how did you make it, what do you think about your design(did it come out like you thought?, does it solve the problem?, how would you change it if needed?)
- 1 image of your project from tinkercad
- 1 image of your finished, printed project working

Period 6 & 7 - Along with some other tasks that we will be doing and that I will detail below, we'll start our unit in coding using Scratch and a Computer Science program called Project Stem. You will learn how to create computer programs using the language of computers, CODE!

Tuesday - Introduction to Scratch
Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday Blog post & Google Email
Thursday - More Email & more Scratch
Friday - Project Animate Your Name
